	Grant - Founder and Chief Financial Officer Skills: Brilliant programmer, financial genius, car racing, can trouble shoot practically anything - and makes it look waaaaay too easy! Pet Peeves: Phone sales people who sound like they're reading from a script. Bad movies and slow drivers. Loves: My family, racing, my wife, my kids, sushi, my wife, Scrabble, live concerts and oh yeah, my wife. (Not necessarily in that order).
	Siouxie - CEO & Creative Director Skills: Designer Extraordinaire, SEO master, keeps the staff and company eyes on the mountain. Pet Peeves: Bad design, dishonesty, slow restaurant service, and movies with bad endings. Loves: Being married to my best friend and the love of my life, having a big, close-knit family, my kids, my grandkids, sushi, sculpting, music, writing, blogging, Scrabble and karaoke.
	Carlos – Senior Vice President of Administration Skills: Sales, Marketing, Problem Solving, Planning and scheming (in a good way), helping people and is bi-lingual (hablo Español). Pet Peeves: People who are unreliable. People who miss appointments. Missed deadlines. That's about it. Loves: Family. My daughters. Latin music. Dancing. Anything international. Illy coffee and great food.
	Ian - Lead Designer Skills: Web development (both static and dynamic), print, animation and web design. Meticulousness at ensuring that everything (colors, positioning and proportions) is just right. Pet Peeves: Bad design, thrown-together websites and yapping dogs. Loves: My family, my cats, making clients happy, and creating a good website that both myself and the site owner can be proud of.
	Natalie - Updates Manager & Designer Skills: Graphic design, web development, flash animation, visual arts. Pet Peeves: Non-user-friendly technology, non-communicative design, unloyal people, slow drivers during rush hour and being bored. Loves: My dearest boyfriend Spencer Jones; Amsterdam, Holland, where I grew up; meeting new people; learning and developing skills; painting, drawing, graphic design and finishing projects to perfection.
